Spacious 3-bedroom house in Crystal Beach beach community, 25 minutes from Niagara Falls, Fort Erie and Wine Country. 120+ year old rustic beach house with modern updates to be enjoyed by your whole family. The house is located a short 8-10 minute walk to Bay Beach (away from the crowds, but still part of the beachfront community).
The open concept main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, and a large gathering space with a gas fireplace. Lots of room for your group to hang out and relax! Maybe get a game going or curl up next to the fire and just watch a movie.
On the main floor, you'll also find the main floor bedroom with a queen bed, laundry room, and full bathroom. At the top of the stairs are 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - that has 2 beds - a double and queen. And Bedroom 2 – with a queen bed. The second floor also has a half bath. (Sleeps up to 8 comfortably, but please see note about Beach Access/Passes – 6 adults.) There is a playpen available should you need it. Each
bedroom features an electric wall fireplace for added coziness. The main floor has ceiling fans throughout, as well as ductless split Heat / AC units in the upstairs bedrooms and main living area. Downstairs bedroom has a Window AC unit and fan.
A propane fire pit table is located in the backyard to keep warm, along with a BBQ to end each night under the stars. Recently updated deck and fence for extra privacy and comfort.

Crystal Beach features all kinds of creature comforts you could ask for in a beach town like boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, art galleries, and yoga studios. We are also 5 minutes away from the quaint town of Ridgeway, also home to several great restaurants and shops.
